Tekkabind is an advanced channel letter stapling system designed to simplify and speed up the channel letter assembly process. The system replaces traditional riveting with a faster and more cost-efficient stapling solution, allowing sign shops to assemble letters with greater efficiency and consistency.
Tekkabind works with side return aluminum thickness ranging from 0.04'' to 0.063'' and supports multiple backing materials, including ACM (aluminum composite material), aluminum, and polycarbonate. The adjustable worktable automatically moves up and down to provide an ergonomic working height, allowing one operator to complete the stapling process efficiently.
Powered by a pneumatic system with foot pedal control, Tekkabind ensures safe and stable operation. A built-in laser guide helps operators position staples accurately for clean and consistent assembly results.
One of the biggest advantages of Tekkabind is cost reduction. The system allows manufacturers to use ACM back panels instead of solid aluminum, significantly lowering material costs, while the staples themselves are much more affordable than traditional rivets.
The result is a faster, safer, and more economical solution for modern channel letter production.
